For most services, we'll send you a pre-appointment questionnaire to help us understand your needs better. For wardrobe audits, we simply ask that you ensure access to all your clothing items. For style consultations, coming with an open mind and some examples of styles you like can be helpful.
We offer in-person services throughout London and surrounding areas. For clients outside these regions, we also provide virtual styling services via video call. Please contact us to discuss options for your specific location.
We recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance for most services. For event styling, especially during peak wedding or holiday seasons, booking 1-2 months ahead is advisable to ensure availability.
Absolutely! We work with clients across all budget ranges and believe great style is possible at any price point. During your consultation, we'll discuss your comfort level with spending and tailor our recommendations accordingly.
We understand that plans change. We require 48 hours' notice for rescheduling or cancellation. Changes made with less notice may incur a fee, as detailed in our booking confirmation.
