• The Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location
• Any errors or defects will be corrected
• The Service is free of viruses or other harmful components

6. Service Bookings and Payments

6.1 Booking Services

When booking styling services through our website, you agree to provide accurate and complete information for the booking. You understand that submission of a booking request does not guarantee service availability, and all bookings are subject to confirmation by GentleHorizon.

6.2 Payments

By making a payment through our website, you agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. You authorize us to charge the designated payment method for the total amount of your purchase, including any applicable taxes and other charges.

All payments are processed securely through our payment processors. GentleHorizon does not store your complete payment information on our servers.

6.3 Fees and Taxes

Service fees are as stated on the website at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed in writing. All fees are in GBP (British Pounds) and are inclusive of UK VAT where applicable.

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Our cancellation and rescheduling policies for booked services are as follows:

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time may receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
• No-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time may be charged the full service fee.

GentleHorizon reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will make every effort to provide reasonable notice and will offer the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

9. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
